Are the pins safe to use?
The pins are made of stainless steel and come with a protective wooden cover. Always keep the cover in place when not in use.
How do I clean it?
Wash all wooden parts by hand with mild soap and warm water. Clean the pins and blades with a small brush. Dry immediately and store in a ventilated area.
Is the mandoline blade replaceable?
